Arreglar mis dientes: Soluciones integrales para sus necesidades dentales!

On a first visit for a regular cleaning I was told I needed a crown at Channel Island family Dentistry in Oxnard.Their procedures were suspicious and I seeked a second opinion and I found out I don't need a crown at all.THEY LIED!THEY ARE.SCAMMERS AND CROOKS.The clinic was dirty and in bad repair. That was the first red flag.The second one was claiming I needed a deep cleaning, (normally don't need one)They started scrabbling, finally told me I had to sign a release from their reccommendations to get a regular cleaningWhat a joke their reg. cleaning was. They were visably upset with me. The cleaning was only a total of just a few mins. with not normal random moving around hit and miss cleaning.Third red flag was the need for a crown was mentioned as the dentist was literally going out the door, not saying what tooth exactly and not giving me a chance to respond. I never had such shaddy service!I plan next to report them to Calif State Dental board with all my copies of proof of scam.

It would have been 5 stars back in 2021, but now, not so much. These stars have to be earned!When I first started coming to this dentist several years ago, the dentist that I had was awesome! I loved coming here because for the first time in my life, this dental office was able to get procedures approved through my insurance that other providers would not take the time to do. I had A LOT that needed to be done, so I was very grateful and happy about that! However, that dentist left and then I got stuck with the owner. When I say that I got stuck, it's because all of my procedures then turned into taking over 7 months to just get a few root canals done and the rest of the things done that had already been started. He was constantly canceling appointments at the last minute Often on the same day while I was in the car on my way to the office! It was so unprofessional that I just couldn't believe that I was actually dealing with the owner of this practice that I had grown to love so much. Plus, I had referred tons of people to this place. I was so disappointed! They went from being open 5 days a week to now being open sometimes 2-3 days a week. Basically whenever he felt like working it seemed to me. On top of that, the work he did was not that good. He drilled on some of my other teeth on accident and I did not notice until I was home because my mouth was numb. All of this from the owner! When I found out that a new dentist would be starting there, of course I jumped on that one! He does really quick work, that part is great! However, I have had 5 teeth that were root canals that he worked on that have broken off after he did them. I don't know if it's because of something that he did, I did, or what. It seems kind of weird to me for sure. When asking about crown approvals, it seams like the office tells me that they are taking a long time to get approved even when my insurance is telling me that they are already approved. I don't know if they just don't want to hurry up and do the work or if it's a lack of communication. I am just tired of going to the dentist and want to be done with it! I have been working on my dental plan since 2021 and it should already be done with!

Love the lovely Asian women who helps with the appointments! And the main orthodontist is so nice always telling me my teeth were perfect and complimenting them made me feel so confident leaving the office !

I arrived 9am but they let me wait for 40 mins just for cleaning. Then the cleaning took just like 2 mins and they're so hard with it.

Went in for pain in my tooth did the X-rays and check up walked out with a list of things that needed to be worked on NOBODY addressed anything about what needed to be done about my specific issue sent me on my way and that was that . Waist of time . Went somewhere else today and had the complete opposite experience . Thank god .

This office uses Bait and Switch tactic's. I was quoted $100 for a teeth cleaning, then when I came in to the office for the visit, they said that the price quoted was just for x-rays and initial exam, and that the cleaning would cost anywhere from $90 to $1400.Find a dentist that doesn’t bait and switch you like this office does.
